FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we hear most. For anything not covered here, see Contact & Support.

Esora is Armenia’s event platform — one place to discover what’s happening and buy tickets. It brings together concerts, theater, exhibitions, nightlife, workshops, festivals, and more. Learn more in About Esora.

Browsing and discovering events is free for everyone. Tickets cost whatever the organizer set — Esora adds no extra fees at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay. (For organizers, listing is free; Esora takes a flat 8% commission on ticket sales.)

Everything is available in Armenian, Russian, and English, and events are automatically translated into all three. On the web the language is in the URL; in the mobile app it follows your device, with a manual switcher in Settings.

Esora is focused on Armenia and is city-scoped — Yerevan today, with more to come.

Yes. Esora is available on iOS and Android, and on the web at esora.app.

In the mobile app, open the My Tickets tab to see your QR ticket. On the web, your tickets live on a private order page — the link is in your confirmation email, so signed-out guests can open it too. Your confirmation email is the source of truth. Full details in Where Are My Tickets?.

If you registered for a free event, you can cancel it yourself — in the app or via the “Can’t make it?” link in your confirmation email. Paid tickets can’t be self-refunded: the organizer (or Esora support) issues refunds, always for the full order, back to the card you paid with. See Refunds & Cancellations.

On the web, no — you can buy as a guest by entering an email for your tickets. In the mobile app, checkout requires signing in. Free registration always requires an account. More in How to Buy Tickets.

If an event or date is cancelled, ticket sales close, every paid order is automatically refunded in full to the original card, free registrations are cancelled, and every ticket holder is emailed. There’s nothing you need to do. See Refunds & Cancellations.

Sign in with your Apple or Google account — there’s no email-and-password or phone sign-in. The same account works across the website and the mobile app. See Signing In & Your Account.

Make sure you’re signing in with the same provider (Apple or Google) you originally used. If you’re still stuck, email support@esora.app and we’ll help.

Account deletion is fully self-serve: in the mobile app go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or use the account menu on the web. It’s immediate and irreversible. Ticket-order records are kept for tax and legal compliance. See Deleting Your Account.
