How to Get Manager Access

Want to manage your events on Esora? Here’s how to get set up.

Any venue, organizer, promoter, or cultural institution in Armenia that hosts events can manage its page on Esora. This includes:

  • Concert venues and clubs
  • Theaters and opera houses
  • Art galleries and museums
  • Restaurants and cafes with events
  • Festival and conference organizers
  • Independent event promoters
  • Community organizations

Most active pages are already on Esora — events import automatically from your connected pages. Getting manager access is self-serve and takes about a minute:

  1. Go to esora.app/claim and sign in with Google or Apple
  2. Enter your page’s Instagram handle — you’ll see your page and get a short code
  3. Send the code to @esoraapp in a DM, from your page’s account — the moment it arrives, you’re a manager

You can also claim from inside the Esora Organizer app (iOS / Android) — tap Claim your page.

If the claim flow can’t find your handle, we don’t list your page yet. Get in touch and tell us about your page — if it’s a fit for what Esora lists, we’ll add it and let you know, and then you can claim it.

Your page can have multiple managers, and everyone has the same full access — editing events, uploading media, managing dates, updating the page profile.

Each teammate gets access the same way: sign in with their own account and claim the page. For teammates who can’t send a DM from the page’s account, message us their sign-in email addresses and we’ll add them. Managers can’t add or remove each other — the Esora team handles that.

  • A Google or Apple account to sign in
  • Access to your page’s Instagram account — to send one DM
  • That’s it. Manage from the web dashboard at esora.app/manage or the Organizer app

If you already use Esora as a regular user, you don’t need a new account — claim your page while signed in with it, and that same account becomes a manager.
