How to Get Manager Access
Want to manage your events on Esora? Here’s how to get set up.
Who can be a manager?
Section titled “Who can be a manager?”Any venue, organizer, promoter, or cultural institution in Armenia that hosts events can join Esora as an event source manager. This includes:
- Concert venues and clubs
- Theaters and opera houses
- Art galleries and museums
- Restaurants and cafes with events
- Festival and conference organizers
- Independent event promoters
- Community organizations
How to join
Section titled “How to join”- Contact the Esora team — reach out to us (see Contact & Support) and let us know your venue or organization name and your social media pages
- We connect your pages — we’ll link your social media to an Esora event source and set up automatic event importing
- We add you as a manager — we’ll create your account and grant you access to the Manage dashboard
- Start managing — log in, review your imported events, and make any edits
The setup usually takes less than a day.
Multiple managers
Section titled “Multiple managers”Your event source can have multiple managers. If you have a team and want several people to have access, let us know their email addresses and we’ll add them all.
All managers on a source have the same access — they can edit events, upload media, manage occurrences, and update the source profile.
What you’ll need
Section titled “What you’ll need”- An email address to create your Esora account (or sign in with Apple/Google)
- Your social media page URLs (where you post about events)
- That’s it — we handle the rest
Already have an account?
Section titled “Already have an account?”If you already use Esora as a regular user and want to become a manager, you don’t need a new account. We’ll upgrade your existing account with manager access to your event source.
