Free Events & Registration
Free events use a Register button instead of Get Tickets. Tap it, sign in, and you’ll get a QR ticket and confirmation email just like a paid order — no payment involved.
How to register
Section titled “How to register”Open a free event and tap Register. Registration requires signing in with Apple or Google (on every platform — web and app), so we can hold your spot to your account.
Each person can register for one spot. Once you register, you get:
- a regular QR ticket (find it in My Tickets or your confirmation email), and
- a confirmation email.
Show that QR at the door, the same as any ticket.
Can’t make it?
Section titled “Can’t make it?”Plans change — just cancel to free your spot for someone else, and register again later if there’s still room. See Refunds & Cancellations for the two ways to cancel.
Events with both free and paid tickets
Section titled “Events with both free and paid tickets”Some events offer a mix — for example, a free general admission alongside a paid VIP ticket. When that’s the case, checkout shows all the options together, and you pick the one you want. Free options register you instantly; paid options go through normal checkout.
