Where Are My Tickets?

Your tickets are in two places: the confirmation email we sent after you paid, and the My Tickets area in the app or on the web. If you only check one thing, check your email — it always has your tickets.

Your confirmation email is the source of truth

Section titled “Your confirmation email is the source of truth”

When your order goes through, we email you a confirmation with:

  • your QR ticket(s) — one QR per ticket,
  • your order code, and
  • (for free registrations) a link to cancel.

Keep this email. Even if you’re not signed in anywhere, it has everything you need to get into the event.

Once you have a ticket, a My Tickets tab appears in the app. Open it to see your tickets split into Upcoming and Past, each with its own QR code and status (Valid, Used, Refunded, and so on).

My Tickets syncs to your account, so you’ll need to be signed in (Apple or Google) with the same account you bought under.

  • Guests (no account): the confirmation email has a private order link — open it to see your tickets. It works without signing in, so this is your way in if you bought as a guest.
  • Signed-in users: you also have a My Tickets page on the web.

At the door, open the ticket and show the QR code to be scanned. That’s it — no printout needed. The app and the web order page both display the QR full-screen for easy scanning.

Bought as a guest, want your tickets in the app?

No problem — your order link from the email keeps working, so you can always get to your tickets there. If you’d like a hand moving things into the app, just contact us with the email you used and we’ll help.
