Your Page on Esora
Your event source profile is how your venue or organization appears on Esora. Users see it when they browse your events or visit your source page.
Accessing your profile settings
Section titled “Accessing your profile settings”- Go to the Manage section
- Click the Settings tab in the navigation
What you can edit
Section titled “What you can edit”Profile picture
Section titled “Profile picture”Your profile picture appears next to your events and on your source page. Click the camera icon on your current picture to upload a new one.
The image will be displayed as a circular avatar — keep that in mind when choosing a photo. Logos or venue photos that work well in a circle are ideal.
Name (three languages)
Section titled “Name (three languages)”Your source name in English, Armenian, and Russian. The English name is the primary one used throughout the system.
Make sure the name is clear and recognizable — this is how users identify your venue or organization.
Description (three languages)
Section titled “Description (three languages)”A short description of your venue or organization in all three languages. This appears on your source page and helps users understand what kind of events you host.
Keep it brief — one or two sentences is usually enough.
Website
Section titled “Website”Your website URL. This links to your homepage from your Esora source page.
Auto-saving
Section titled “Auto-saving”Unlike the event editor, source settings auto-save as you type (with a short delay). There’s no “Save” button to click — your changes are saved automatically.
Your source page
Section titled “Your source page”Your event source has a public page on Esora that shows:
- Your profile picture and name
- Your description
- A list of all your upcoming events
Users can follow your source to get notified when you post new events.
