Payment hiccups are almost always quick to sort out. Find your situation below — each ends with exactly what to do.

Nothing is charged until the bank payment page confirms it, so a declined or failed attempt means no money left your account.

Your tickets were briefly held during checkout; that hold releases automatically after 15 minutes, putting the tickets back on sale.

What to do: just start again from the event page and retry. If your card keeps getting declined, check with your bank, or try a different card.

Almost always the email is just hiding. Check your inbox for a message from Esora, and look in your spam or promotions folder — it has your QR ticket(s) and order code. See Where Are My Tickets?.

What to do: if you’re sure you were charged and there’s genuinely no confirmation email anywhere, email support@esora.app with the approximate time of the purchase and the email address you used at checkout. We’ll find it and get you your ticket.

What to do: contact us and we’ll check the order. If there was a duplicate charge, we refund the full amount back to the original card.

A charge from Esora is for tickets bought on the platform. If it doesn’t look familiar — maybe a friend or family member used your card — email support@esora.app and we’ll help you track down what it was for.

For anything else payment-related, get in touch — we’re happy to help.
