You're on Esora — What Happens Next

Your pages are now connected to Esora. 🎉 From this point on, your events appear on the platform automatically — you don’t have to do anything. This page explains what happens next, and how to get editing access if you want it.

Keep posting about your events exactly like you already do. Esora monitors your connected pages several times a day, and when you post about an upcoming event, the AI:

  • Reads your caption and the flyer or poster — including text inside images
  • Extracts the title, date, time, venue, description, price, and media
  • Translates everything into Armenian, Russian, and English
  • Publishes the event on Esora — usually within a few hours of your post

For a post to become an event, it needs the essentials: what’s happening, when, and where. A clear date, a time, and the venue name are what the AI looks for. A couple of things to know:

  • We pick up regular posts and reels, but not stories. If an event only goes out as a story, it won’t be imported.
  • Clear dates and readable flyers help the AI get every detail right — “March 28, 20:00” works better than “next Friday night”.

You can read more about how automatic discovery works, but honestly — you can also just close this page and keep posting. It all happens on its own.

The automatic system handles everything, but if you’d like hands-on control — fix a detail the AI got wrong, upload better photos, add pricing, or create events that never go on social media — we can make you a manager of your page. It takes three steps:

  1. Download the Esora Organizer app — for iOS or Android
  2. Sign in with Google or Apple
  3. Send us the email address you signed in with — just reply to the message where you received this link. We’ll grant your account manager access, usually within a few hours.

That’s it — no forms, no paperwork. Once you’re in, the app lets you:

  • Review and edit any event the AI imported
  • Upload your own images and videos
  • Fix dates, add pricing and ticket links
  • Create events manually
  • Edit your page’s profile — name, photo, description
  • Scan tickets at the door on event day

And your manual edits are always protected — the automatic importer never overwrites your changes.

If you have a team, your page can have multiple managers — send us everyone’s email addresses and we’ll add them all.

You can also sell tickets directly on Esora — people buy right on your event page, in the app or on the web. Paid tickets and free registrations, promo codes, reserved seating, QR check-in at the door, and payouts to your bank account.

Ticketing is enabled per organizer: we agree on the terms, you share your payout details, we wire everything up — and from then on you’re free to add tickets to any of your events. Read Selling Tickets on Esora for how it works, or just message us that you’re interested.
