How to Buy Tickets
Buying tickets on Esora takes a couple of minutes: open the event, tap Get Tickets, pick your tickets, and pay by bank card. Here’s the whole flow, step by step.
1. Find the Get Tickets button
Section titled “1. Find the Get Tickets button”Open the event you want on esora.app or in the app. If the organizer is selling tickets on Esora, you’ll see a Get Tickets button on the event page. Tap it to start.
Some events work a little differently:
- Free events show a Register button instead — see Free Events & Registration.
- Assigned-seating events open a seat map when you start — see Choosing Your Seat.
- Some organizers sell through their own site, in which case the button links out to their ticket provider rather than checking out on Esora.
2. Choose your tickets
Section titled “2. Choose your tickets”Pick the ticket type and quantity you want. An event can have several ticket types at different prices (say, General and VIP), and each shows its price. Some tickets have a limit on how many you can buy in one order — if you hit it, you’ll be told.
3. Your tickets are held for 15 minutes
Section titled “3. Your tickets are held for 15 minutes”The moment you start checkout, your tickets are held just for you for 15 minutes, shown as a countdown on screen. That gives you time to finish paying without someone else grabbing them.
If the timer runs out before you pay, the hold is released automatically and the tickets go back on sale — just start again if you still want them.
4. Have a promo code?
Section titled “4. Have a promo code?”If the organizer gave you a promo code, look for the “Have a promo code?” field at checkout and enter it there. Valid codes apply a discount, shown as separate Subtotal and Discount lines so you can see exactly what came off. If a code is invalid, expired, or fully used up, you’ll get a clear message.
5. Pay by bank card
Section titled “5. Pay by bank card”Checkout sends you to a secure bank payment page to enter your card details, then brings you back to Esora once payment goes through. Esora never sees or stores your card number.
- Prices are in Armenian drams (AMD).
- No extra fees. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout.
Guest checkout vs. signing in
Section titled “Guest checkout vs. signing in”- On the web, you can buy without an account. You’ll enter an “Email for your tickets” and continue as a guest — that’s where your tickets and order link are sent. (You can also sign in instead if you’d rather.)
- In the mobile app, checkout requires signing in first (with Apple or Google).
After you pay
Section titled “After you pay”You’ll get a confirmation email with your QR ticket(s) and an order code, and your tickets appear in the app right away. Here’s exactly where everything lands: Where Are My Tickets?
