Prices & External Ticket Links

For events you don’t sell tickets for on Esora, you can still show a price and link out to wherever people actually buy. Each date gets a free-text price and, optionally, one or more ticket links to outside providers.

Each date has its own Price field. It’s free text — write it however makes sense:

  • Free
  • 5000 AMD
  • 3000-5000 AMD

If a date has no price set, the event simply shows no price — it doesn’t default to “Free.”

Below the price on each date, tap ”+ Add ticket link” to add a URL where people can buy — your own site, or an outside ticketing platform. You can add multiple links per date, which is useful when tickets are sold in more than one place. People see all the options.

When events come in from your posts or from ticketing platforms, Esora fills these in for you where it can — it pulls a price mentioned in a caption or flyer, and imports structured prices and ticket URLs from ticketing sites. If an event is listed in several places, links from all of them are kept.

Once you edit a price yourself, it’s pinned — the importer won’t overwrite your manual value. See Protecting Your Edits. If prices change later, update them in the Esora Organizer app.
