Pricing & Ticket Links
Pricing information and ticket links help users know what to expect and how to buy tickets.
Setting prices
Section titled “Setting prices”Each occurrence has its own Price field. This is a free-form text field — you can write the price however makes sense for your event:

Ticket links
Section titled “Ticket links”Below the price on each occurrence, you can add one or more ticket links — URLs where users can buy tickets. Click ”+ Add ticket link” to add a URL.
You can add multiple links per occurrence. This is useful when tickets are available on different platforms. Users will see all available options.
How pricing is imported automatically
Section titled “How pricing is imported automatically”When events are imported from social media:
- Social media — the AI extracts pricing mentioned in captions or visible in event flyers
- Ticketing platforms — structured pricing and ticket URLs are imported automatically
If your event is listed on multiple platforms, Esora preserves ticket links from all sources. Users see all available buying options.
External URL
Section titled “External URL”In the sidebar of the event editor, there’s also an External URL field. This is for a general link to more information about your event — your website, a landing page, or a social media post. It’s separate from the per-occurrence ticket links.
Price visibility
Section titled “Price visibility”The price appears on the event listing in Esora, helping users decide whether to attend. If no price is set, the event simply doesn’t show a price — it doesn’t default to “Free.”
