Choosing Your Seat
For events with assigned seating, Esora opens an interactive seat map so you can pick exactly where you sit. It works the same on the web and in the app.
Reading the seat map
Section titled “Reading the seat map”- Pan and zoom to move around the map and get a closer look at a section.
- A price-tier legend shows what each color costs — different areas can have different prices.
- Availability is live: taken seats are marked, and the map updates as others book.
Tap the seats you want to select them, and they’re added to your order.
Your seats are held for 15 minutes
Section titled “Your seats are held for 15 minutes”As soon as you start checkout, your chosen seats are held just for you for 15 minutes, shown as a countdown. Finish paying within that window and the seats are yours. If the timer runs out, the seats are released back to the map.
”Some seats were just taken”
Section titled “”Some seats were just taken””Because everyone sees live availability, occasionally two people reach for the same seat at once. If someone grabs one a moment before you, you’ll see “Some seats were just taken” — just pick another seat and carry on.
After you book
Section titled “After you book”Your ticket shows your seat on the QR ticket, so there’s no doubt where you’re sitting. Find it in My Tickets or your confirmation email.
The rest of checkout — promo codes, paying by card — works exactly like buying any ticket. Stuck on a seat map? Contact us.
