The Esora Organizer App
The Esora Organizer app is your home base for running events on Esora. Everything you do — editing details, uploading media, setting dates, creating ticket tiers and promo codes, checking orders and guests, refunding, scanning tickets at the door, and viewing payouts — happens right here on your phone. It’s the one and only tool you need.
Download the app
Section titled “Download the app”Get the Esora Organizer app (it’s separate from the consumer Esora app):
- iPhone / iPad: App Store
- Android: Google Play
Sign in and get access
Section titled “Sign in and get access”Sign in with Google or Apple (Apple sign-in is available on iOS).
Signing in isn’t the same as having manager access. Someone on the Esora team grants your account permission to manage a source. If you open the app and don’t see your events yet, that step is still pending — see How to Get Manager Access.
A tour of the app
Section titled “A tour of the app”The app has four tabs along the bottom:
Your overview screen — a quick snapshot of what’s going on: your upcoming events and the numbers that matter at a glance.
Events
Section titled “Events”Your full list of events, split into Upcoming and Past. Drafts (events you haven’t published yet) show up here too, marked with a Draft chip.
Tap any event to open and manage it. Inside an event you’ll find everything about that event in one place:
- Overview — the event at a glance
- Tickets — your ticket tiers and promo codes
- Guests — orders and attendees (called Registration/Guests for free RSVP events)
- Details — title, description, dates, venue, media, and more
- Door — check people in on the day of the event
The scanning screen for event day. Point your phone’s camera at a ticket’s QR code to check people in, or search by name and enter codes manually. You get a live check-in counter and instant admitted / already-scanned / invalid feedback. See Check-In: Scanning Tickets at the Door for the full walkthrough.
Your profile and source settings — your page on Esora (name, description, website, photo, translations) and your read-only payouts view.
Managing more than one source
Section titled “Managing more than one source”If you manage several sources — say a venue and a promoter brand — the app has a built-in source switcher so you can jump between them without signing out.
What the app covers
Section titled “What the app covers”Everything you do to run events:
- Editing events — title and description in all three languages, category, venue, external link
- Uploading and reordering media
- Adding and editing dates
- Creating and managing ticket tiers and promo codes

It’s all right in your pocket.
