How to Add Your Events to Esora
Noticed a lot of venues and organizers on Esora and wondering why you’re not there yet? Here’s how it works and how to get added.
How events get on Esora
Section titled “How events get on Esora”Esora runs an AI-powered pipeline that discovers events automatically. Once your social media pages are connected, the system:
- Monitors your pages for new posts and publicly available event information
- Reads captions, flyers, posters, and the text inside images
- Extracts event details — title, date, time, venue, description, pricing, media
- Translates everything into Armenian, Russian, and English
- Publishes the event on Esora, usually within hours of you posting
How to get added
Section titled “How to get added”Your pages aren’t monitored automatically — they need to be connected by our team first.
- Contact us and tell us your venue or organization name plus the social media pages where you post about events
- We review and connect your pages and turn on automatic importing
- Your upcoming events start appearing on Esora from the moment we connect you — we don’t backfill past events
Setup usually takes less than a day.
Not every page is a fit — we curate the platform and prioritize pages that consistently post about public events in Armenia and align with what Esora’s audience is looking for. If your pages are a good match, we’ll get you set up quickly.
After you’re added
Section titled “After you’re added”Once you’re on Esora, you can stay hands-off or take control — your choice.
Automatic (default)
Section titled “Automatic (default)”Keep posting on your social media like you already do. Our AI picks up new events, fills in the details, handles translations, and publishes them. No extra work on your side.
A few things to keep in mind:
- We pick up regular posts and reels, but not stories. If an event only goes out as a story, it won’t be imported.
- Clear dates, venues, and readable flyers help the AI get every detail right.
Manual management
Section titled “Manual management”If you want more control, we can grant you access to the Manage dashboard. From there you can:
- Review and edit any event the AI imported
- Upload your own images and videos
- Add pricing and ticket links
- Create events manually (for things that aren’t on social media)
- Keep your manual edits protected from being overwritten by the automatic importer
You can mix the two modes — use automatic for most events and step in manually for the ones that need special care.
