Signing In & Your Account
Signing in to Esora takes one tap. You sign in with Apple or Google — there are no passwords to create or remember, and no phone number to enter.
What needs an account
Section titled “What needs an account”You can do a lot on Esora without signing in, but some features need an account so we can keep them tied to you:
Needs an account:
- Saving events and getting reminders
- Following organizers and turning on notification bells
- Registering for free events
- Buying tickets in the mobile app
- Your My Tickets list, synced across devices
Works without an account:
- Browsing the feed and the Cinema section
- Searching for events, organizers, and films
- Buying tickets on the web as a guest — you just enter an email for your tickets
- Opening your tickets from the private order link in your confirmation email
More on guest checkout is in How to Buy Tickets, and on ticket access in Where Are My Tickets?.
Trouble signing in
Section titled “Trouble signing in”Because you sign in through Apple or Google, your Esora account is tied to that account. If you’ve lost access, the first step is to recover your Apple ID or Google account with them — once you’re back into that, you’re back into Esora.
Still stuck? Email us at support@esora.app and we’ll help.
Language
Section titled “Language”Esora is available in English, Armenian, and Russian, and events are shown in your language automatically — descriptions are translated into all three.
- On the web: your language is part of the address, and you can switch it with the language switcher.
- On mobile: the app follows your device language, and you can change it anytime in Settings.
