If you need help, want to join Esora as a manager, or have feedback, here’s how to reach us:

We typically respond within a day.

  • Setting up your account — connecting your social media pages and granting you manager access
  • Adding team members — giving more people access to your event source
  • Adding your venue — if your venue isn’t in the system yet
  • Technical issues — anything not working as expected in the Manage dashboard
  • Feedback — ideas for features or improvements

When reporting an issue, it helps if you include:

  • The event or page where the problem occurred
  • What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
  • A screenshot if possible
