Promo Codes
Promo codes let buyers get a discount at checkout. You create them per event, entirely on your own — in the Esora Organizer app — no need to ask us.
Creating a code
Section titled “Creating a code”On your event, open promo codes and add a new one. You choose:
- The code — the text buyers type in, like
EARLYBIRDorFRIENDS20. - The discount — either a percentage off (up to 100%) or a fixed amount off in AMD.
- Max uses (optional) — cap how many times the code can be redeemed. Leave it open for unlimited.
- Expiry (optional) — set a date after which the code stops working. Leave it off for no expiry.
Turning codes on and off
Section titled “Turning codes on and off”Every code has an active / disabled switch. Disable a code to stop it working immediately, and re-enable it whenever you want — nothing is lost.
You can delete a code only if it has never been used. Once a code has been redeemed at least once, deleting isn’t allowed (so your records stay intact) — disable it instead.
How buyers use it
Section titled “How buyers use it”Buyers enter the code at checkout and the discount applies to their order before they pay. A 100%-off code makes the whole order free — a handy way to give specific people complimentary access without publishing a public free tier.
