Editing Events

Whether an event was imported automatically or you created it by hand, you can open it and edit anything about it, in the Esora Organizer app or the web console.

Open the event from your Events list and go to its Details. From there you can edit:

  • Title and description — in all three languages. A language switcher lets you move between English, Armenian, and Russian and edit each directly.
  • Category — pick the one that best fits your event, or None. Under the category you can choose up to three tags.
  • Venue — search and select from Esora’s venue list.
  • Link to your own page — optional: your website, a form, or another site with more details or tickets. It sits with the title and description.

Dates, media, and tickets each have their own place inside the event — see Dates & Occurrences, Images and Videos, and Ticket Types & Pricing.

Every field you change by hand is kept as you wrote it — the automatic importer will never overwrite it. That means your corrections stick even when the importer re-checks your social media. See Protecting Your Edits for how this works and how to let imports update a field again.

You can preview an unpublished event to see exactly how it’ll look to attendees before it goes live: in the web console, use Preview on the event’s Overview.

Deleting an event removes it for good. If you deleted something by mistake, contact us — we may be able to help.
