Your Audience: Everyone Who Came to You

The Audience page is one list of everyone who has come to you through Esora. You do not build it. It fills itself from what people do.

  • People who bought a ticket to one of your events.
  • People who registered for a free event, and guests you gave a pass to.
  • People who follow you on Esora. See how to build your audience.
  • People who subscribed to your emails: with your sign-up link, the sign-up box on your Esora page, or on their order confirmation page. This needs emails to be switched on for your page.
  • A list you already had, if you sent it to us and we loaded it for you.

One person is one row, however many ways they came. Each row says how they joined.

People who only follow you on Esora show by name. They gave their contact details to Esora, not to you, so their email and phone stay private.

  • See who keeps coming back. On the web, sort by events, attended or spent to find your regulars. Open a person to see their tickets, registrations and check-ins.
  • Narrow it down. Show the people of one event, or filter by how people joined: bought, registered, follows you, subscribed, imported. Search by name or email.
  • Take it with you. Export CSV downloads the whole list on the web, and shares it from the app.
  • Write to them. With emails switched on, the list is who your emails go to. The page also shows Your sign-up link: put it in your bio or a story and anyone who enters their email joins the list. In the app, Emails at the top of the Audience tab lists what you sent and starts a new email.

The same list is in the web console (Audience in the sidebar) and in the Esora Organizer app (the Audience tab).
