Link in bio: one address for your Instagram

Every organizer on Esora gets one page to put in their Instagram bio in place of a link page they maintain by hand. Esora fills it with your upcoming events and keeps it current, so you never edit it when you announce or finish a show.

Your page lives at esora.app/bio/<your page address>. From top to bottom it shows:

  • Your name, picture and description.
  • Your upcoming events, next date first, each with its poster, date, price and a button for every place that sells it: Buy on Esora first, then Buy on each other ticket site that sells that date.
  • Your links: a booking form, a membership page, anything you keep in your bio today.
  • Your social icons: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and your website, from your profile.

Visitors read the page in Armenian, Russian or English and can switch language at the top of the events list. Event titles appear in the language they choose.

  1. Find your link:
    • Web console: Settings › Link in bio, then Copy.
    • Organizer app: Profile › Link in bio, then Copy or Share.
  2. In Instagram, open your profile, tap Edit profile › Links, and paste the link.

Open in the web console shows the page exactly as visitors see it.

There is nothing to do for events. An event appears on the page as soon as it is published on Esora with somewhere to buy tickets (tickets on Esora, or a ticket link on its date), and disappears after its last date. An event with no tickets anywhere is left off the page. If your events are free to walk into, such as a cafe’s concerts, contact support and we switch the page to list every event; an event with no tickets then shows a Details button that opens its event page on Esora. The page shows up to 10 events; when you have more, the last row, All events on Esora, opens your full page on Esora.

Each event card shows:

  • The date and time of its next date: “Today · 20:00”, “Tomorrow · 20:30”, or the weekday and date for later days. When more dates remain, the card adds how many, for example “+3 dates”.
  • The price, as “from” your lowest ticket price, for example “from 4,000 ֏”. Events not sold on Esora show the price you entered for the date.
  • Where to buy. Each site that sells the date has its own button, all alike, one under the other: Buy on Esora first, then Buy on Show4me, Buy on EventHub and so on. When tickets on Esora sell out, the card shows “Sold out on Esora” in place of its button, and the other sites’ buttons stay active. When the page is set to list every event, one nobody sells has a single Details button to its event page on Esora.

Tickets bought through Buy on Esora on this page appear on your Sales page under Your Link in bio page.

When you have no upcoming events, the page invites visitors to follow you on Esora, so they hear about your next one.

If a date is also sold on another ticket site, such as Show4me, EventHub, Tomsarkgh or Ticketon, the page shows a button for it. Esora finds those sites on its own, from the ticket sites themselves and from your Instagram posts, so there is nothing to add. The button says Buy on followed by the site’s name. Your event page on Esora keeps selling on Esora only: the other sites’ buttons appear on your link in bio, not on Esora.

If a site that sells your tickets is missing from the page, contact support.

In Settings › Link in bio › Your links, tap Add link and enter a name and an address starting with https://. You can add up to 20 links.

A phone number works too: type it where the address goes, and visitors tap the row to call. It suits table reservations, with a name such as “Call to reserve a table”.

  • Reorder: drag the handle on the left (web console), or tap Edit and drag (organizer app).
  • Delete: the trash icon (web console), or swipe left or Edit (organizer app). A link is removed right away, without a confirmation.

Links appear on the page in the order you set. Your Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and website are not added here: they appear as icons from your profile.

  • Name, picture and description come from your profile on Esora. Change them there and the page follows.
  • Social icons come from Social profiles on your profile: Facebook, YouTube and your website are yours to add or change there. The Instagram icon is the account linked to your page; to change it, contact support.
  • There are no colour, theme or layout settings. Every page uses the same design.
  • You cannot edit events here. Edit them in the web console or the organizer app as usual, and the page shows the change.
