The Manage Dashboard
The Manage dashboard is your home base for managing events on Esora. Here’s how to find your way around.
Accessing the dashboard
Section titled “Accessing the dashboard”- Log in to Esora at esora.app
- Click Manage in the navigation
- You’ll be taken to your event source’s event list
If you manage multiple event sources, you can switch between them using the navigation.
The event list
Section titled “The event list”Your main view shows all events grouped into three sections:
Drafts
Section titled “Drafts”Events that are not yet published. These are only visible to you, not to Esora users. New events start as drafts, and events you’ve unpublished appear here too.
Upcoming
Section titled “Upcoming”Published events that have future dates. These are live on Esora and visible to users. Events are sorted by their next upcoming date.
Events whose dates have all passed. Click “Show past events” to load this section — it’s hidden by default to keep the dashboard focused.
Event cards
Section titled “Event cards”Each event in the list shows:
- Thumbnail — the first media item (or a gray placeholder if none)
- Title — the event name
- Date — the next upcoming date, or the last date for past events
- Status badge — indicates the event’s current state:
- Draft — not published, only visible to you
- Source Only — published, visible on your source page
- In Feed — published and appearing in the main Esora feed
- Featured — highlighted in the Esora feed (set by the Esora team)
Navigation tabs
Section titled “Navigation tabs”At the top of the manage section, you’ll find two tabs:
- Events — your event list (the main view)
- Settings — your event source profile settings
Creating a new event
Section titled “Creating a new event”Click the ”+” button in the top right to create a new event. It starts as an “Untitled Event” draft, and you’ll be taken directly to the edit page to fill in the details. See Creating Events Manually for more.
